Remembering Pierre
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of long-time member Pierre Pomerleau on April 9 following a short battle with cancer. Pierre was a regular on the greens playing both bowls and croquet where it was hard to miss his signature hat and his competitive spirit. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Pomerleau family from all of us at VBCC.

Croquet Novices Enjoying the Greens!
Jim and Cathy Crawford love introducing croquet to new players, which is exactly what they did recently at the club. As you can see, everyone had a great time. Croquet is a great game, it's easy to learn and fun to play. If you're intetrested in trying the game out get in touch with us or simply drop by the club, you'll find an enthusastic group waiting to show you the ropes.
